Product Overview
The HT-CEMS-2000C flue gas online monitoring system (CEMS) can continuously and automatically monitor the presence of smoke and dust in flue gas SO2、NOX、CO2、CO、O2、 Changes in humidity, air volume, temperature, pressure, etc., and timely and accurate monitoring data are provided to enterprises and government environmental protection departments through the pollution source online monitoring system platform. The host of this system is a self-developed GA-5000 gas analyzer using ultraviolet differential method. It includes a flue gas analysis system, high-temperature sampling probe, temperature pressure flow integrated machine, dust detector, industrial computer, and heat tracing pipeline. The main detection instruments are imported equipment with high technical indicators and good reliability. The two components of SO2 and NOx are measured using ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy technology, while O2 high-temperature heat tracing ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) analysis technology can not only measure SO2 and NOx, but also analyze gases such as NH3, Cl2, H2S, O3, HCl, etc. Compared with the in-situ method, this system has the advantages of supporting online calibration, small measurement value fluctuations, high reliability, and simple equipment maintenance. The whole machine has a compact structure, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
